WInter Wonderland

It just keeps falling, and falling, and falling!  With just over 18 inches, we couldn't help but spend another full weekend playing in the snow.  However, this time the girls decided it was finally time to ditch the sleds and hit the slopes with skis strapped to their little feet!  These non-skiing parents were so thankful for our wonderful friends that took the Weer Girls under their wings and had them cruising down the hill in no time!

Fergi Fun

The snow may be icy, the girls may be a bit shy to try on skis, but nothing could stop us from getting above the fog and having a little fun!

Best of Friends

After enough time together even Best Friends start to look alike......

Happy Birthday Dear Lilly!

At four years old, it is hard to believe that the youngest of the Weer Family is turning into such a young lady.  In true Lilly fashion we celebrated all week long with a Family Fiesta at the local Mexican restaurant, cupcakes and a celebration with our preschool class, and a crazy kid party with our very best friends!  A few quick facts about our Little Lil:

Favorites: Team Umizoomi, Toy Story, her new doll house, blueberries, the color blue, trains, tunnels, motorcycles, swimming, hiking, pigs, bats, her dog Barley and cuddling with her Daddy.

Not so fond of: Doing her medicine, the cold, having her hair washed, tuna fish, Mommy's coffee breath and sleeping alone.

Winter Wonderland

Christmas break brought our first big batch of snow and the first opportunity to use the Snow Man kit from Grandma and Grandpa.  While the initial snow was far too dry to create a wintery friend, a bit of patience and a few degrees, created the perfect conditions for building a masterpiece!

California Dreaming

Despite the 15 hour drive, the Oregon Weers gladly left the cold and loaded up the Subaru to spend New Year's Eve in sunny California!  From day hikes, to family soccer, to Aunt Claire playing Pied Piper with her bubble machine, this annual tradition continues to be the perfect way to ring in the New Year.
